The XF Series Wound Filter Cartridge is precisely manufactured by winding polypropylene (PP) yarn, degreased cotton yarn, or glass fiber onto a porous core at specific densities to form a honeycomb structure with a loose exterior and tight interior. This design provides superior dirt-holding capacity and excellent filtration performance, efficiently removing suspended solids, rust, and particulates from liquids while maintaining low pressure drop.
