The XF Polypropylene Melt-Blown Filter Cartridge is manufactured using the latest melt-blown technology, giving the cartridge exceptional rigidity and mechanical strength. Its compressive resistance is 2–3 times higher than that of standard melt-blown cartridges, making it suitable for filtering liquids with higher viscosity and solid content.
The melt-blown process creates a deep, multi-layer structure that provides high dirt-holding capacity and excellent particle retention while maintaining low resistance. This makes the cartridge ideal for applications involving particulate-laden liquids, ensuring efficient filtration with extended service life.
