XHP All Polyester High Flow Filter Cartridge

The XIORA XHP Series High-Flow Polyester Pleated Filter Cartridges use deep-layer fine polyester (PES) fiber membranes as the filtration medium, offering excellent temperature and pressure resistance. These cartridges can operate continuously at 120°C for up to a week and nearly two weeks at 90°C. Featuring a 6″ (152 mm) diameter, each cartridge provides a maximum filtration area of over 8 m² and a flow rate up to 60 m³/h.

Constructed with a polyester outer support and single-open-end design, the cartridges are engineered for inside-to-outside liquid flow, ensuring all contaminants are captured within the filter element. Their large diameter and high efficiency reduce the number of cartridges and filter housing size, significantly lowering equipment investment and labor costs while simplifying operation and maintenance. Suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
